It also reduces gastric acidity and has an astringent action. Willow also has analgesic, astringent, anti-inflammatory and febrifuge (sweat inducing and fever reducing) properties. Devils Claw is a well know herb used for anti-inflammatory, analgesic and bitter principles that promote the release of digestive juices and support liver function.
